Request A Return , Exchange or Refund
WJ-X3 Outdoors guarantees the size and quality of the products sent. If your product is defective or is damaged upon receipt, WJ-X3 will send an appropriate replacement.
- Before sending any merchandise back, you must contact WJ-X3 by email: email@example.com. It should contain #order number, picture of damaged, and description.
- WJ-X3 offer Two-Year limited warranty to be material or workmanship defects for a period within 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty protects your cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use. The warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers’ original purchase price.
- WJ-X3 will not cover any damage costs that exceed the purchase price of your WJ-X3 product.
- WJ-X3 will accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.
- All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, salable condition.
- Refunds for returned merchandise are for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to WJ-X3.
- All exchanges are final. No products that have been received as an exchange are allowed to be returned.
- WJ-X3 recommends removing cushions from covered patio furniture and storing cushions in a dry place*
