Return, Exchange, or Refund

WJ Etrade LLC guarantees the size and quality of all shipped products. If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • Please contact us at info@wjetrade.com before returning any merchandise.  Please include the following information in the email: the order number, a photo of the defective / damaged covers, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We offer a two-year or a three-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase for different collections (see below tables for details). The warranty protects your product against damage under normal use conditions and does not cover damage from acts of God, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use. This warranty supersedes all expressed or implied warranties, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages exceeding the product's original purchase price.

    • We will not cover damage costs that exceed the purchase price of our product.
    • We accept returns within 30 days after the delivery of your order.
    • All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

    • All exchanges are final. Products received as an exchange cannot be returned.

    Returns - Return Due To Change Of Mind

    WJ Etrade LLC will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind, provided that a return request is received by us within 30 days of delivery of the item. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

    Return shipping will be arranged by the customer.

    Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.

    Warranty Returns

    WJ Etrade LLC is pleased to honor valid warranty claims if our merchandise is within the warranty period defined by us.

    Customers are responsible for providing the order ID, and a picture of the defective / damaged merchandise, and other required information for warranty claim.

    Once we receive all the information, the claim will be processed within 7 days.

    Once your warranty claim is confirmed and honored, you will have the following options for customers to choose from:

    (a) a refund to your original payment method

    (b) a replacement item sent to you (subject to availability of stock)
